Store Hours for Delivery/Take-out:

Sunday to Thursday
10:00am to 9:00pm
    Friday to Saturday
    10:00am to 10:00pm
          Orders made before cut-off time but with late payments are processed the next day. There is no minimum amount to order. All confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled.

          Bulk Orders:

          For bulk orders that exceed our online stock level, please Viber us at  0966 862 6670 so we can arrange this for you.

          Delivery or Pick-up Areas:

          We deliver to selected cities in Metro Manila within a +23 km radius from our store. Please see if you are within our delivery service area when you click HERE. We arrange for your delivery through a third-party courier partner such as Happymove or Joyride. You can select your delivery time slot before checkout.

          If your area is not within our delivery service area, we recommend you select Store Pick-up and pick up your order from our store personally or through your own courier. You can select your pick-up time slot before checkout.

          Modes of Payment:

          We accept payments made through online Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), GCash, Bank Transfer (BDO/Metrobank) and Maya. Our online payment gateway is secure and safe, powered by Maya Enterprise and PayMongo. Due to rising cases of fraud, international credit cards/debit cards are no longer accepted.

          If you paid online via Credit Card, GCash or Maya QR : Your payment is automatically received, and your order is confirmed. There is no need to email a screenshot of payment.

           

          On Bank Transfers:

          For bank transfer, please deposit to the accounts below and send screenshot of payment slip and order reference number to sariwon@happyfoodsgroup.com so we can finalize your order.

          Please note that orders will only be processed once payment has been posted. Due to this, Instapay is our preferred mode of transfer.

          - Same-day posting if the transfer is made before 3:00 PM on a banking day (the funds will be transferred to our account by 11:00 PM)

          - Next-day posting if the transfer is made after 3:00 PM and anytime during weekends and holidays (the funds will be transferred to our account by 11:00 PM)

          On GCash Transfers:

          If you chose GCash as your payment method upon order checkout, please click "GCash via Paymongo" and proceed to follow instructions on the page. This is automatic, and your payment is immediately confirmed.

          If you prefer to send GCash to us manually, please see below: 

          1. Open your GCash App. 

          2. Click "Pay QR".

          3. If you are using a laptop and a mobile phone, please use your phone to Scan the QR code below.

          4. If you are using a mobile phone alone, please save the QR image on your phone first, and then open the GCash App to do #1-2, and then click "Upload QR". Please upload the QR image that you saved.

          5. Please email your proof of deposit to sariwon@happyfoodsgroup.com with your order reference number so we can confirm your order.  Kamsahamnida!

           

           

          Delivery Reminders:

          You will receive a status update and tracking number via email, SMS or Viber notification.
          In cases where delivery is attempted by us, but was unsuccessful due to the reasons including but not limited to:
            • Absence of the recipient
            • Inability to contact the customer through the provided contact information despite attempts by the delivery personnel
            • Lack of appropriate or sufficient logistical/road access to deliver the Order successfully
            • Lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the ordered items
            • No-show cancellations
            • Failure to receive the Order with ten (10) minutes from the time of delivery
            We reserve the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy to you.

            For frozen items, there will be an expiration date indicated on the labels. We recommend you order for immediate consumption too as most of our product shelf life is quite short. We only use fresh ingredients and do not use preservatives.
