Please read this before ordering. 

A. Same Day Delivery or Same Day Pick-up

Effective May 1, our store will be open from 10AM to 9:00 PM only. 

Website orders are for same-day delivery or same-day personal or courier pick-up, unless advance order is indicated.
For bulk orders that exceed our online stock level, please Viber us at  0966 862 6670 so we can arrange this for you.

Effective May 1, the daily cut-off time for same-day delivery or pick-up of orders is 9:00 PM—all orders made after cut-off time will be processed the next day. Orders made before cut-off time but with late payments are also processed the next day. 

There is no minimum amount to order. All confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Delivery covers a +23 km distance from the store. Please see if you are within our delivery service area when you click HERE. We arrange for your delivery through a third-party courier partner such as Happymove or Joyride. You can select your delivery time slot before checkout.

If your area is not within our delivery service area, we recommend you select Store Pick-up or call our store directly to order.

In cases where delivery is attempted by us, but was unsuccessful due to the reasons including but not limited to:
    • Absence of the recipient
    • Inability to contact the customer through the provided contact information despite attempts by the delivery personnel
    • Lack of appropriate or sufficient logistical/road access to deliver the Order successfully
    • Lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the ordered items
    • No-show cancellations
    • Failure to receive the Order with ten (10) minutes from the time of delivery
    We reserve the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy to you.

    B. Store Pick-up Location

    For Store Pick-up, you can pick up your order from our store personally or through your own courier. You can select your pick-up time slot before checkout.

    C. Modes of Payment

    We accept payments made through online Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), Paymaya QR, Bank Transfer (BDO/Metrobank) and GCash QR. Our online payment gateway is secure and safe, powered by PayMaya Enterprise.

    For bank transfer and GCash, please deposit to the accounts below and send screenshot of payment slip and order reference number to sariwon@happyfoodsgroup.com so we can finalize your order.

    If you chose GCash as your payment method upon order checkout, please follow these instructions:

    1. Open your GCash App. 

    2. Click "Pay QR".

    3. If you are using a laptop and a mobile phone, please use your phone to Scan the QR code below.

    4. If you are using a mobile phone alone, please save the QR image on your phone first, and then open the GCash App to do #1-2, and then click "Upload QR". Please upload the QR image that you saved.

    5. Please email your proof of deposit to sariwon@happyfoodsgroup.com with your order reference number so we can confirm your order.  Kamsahamnida!



    You will receive a status update and tracking number via email, SMS or Viber notification.

    D. Frozen Items 

    For frozen items, there will be an expiration date indicated on the labels. We recommend you order for immediate consumption too as most of our product shelf life is quite short. We only use fresh ingredients and do not use preservatives.
